SIZES: 18"x8" includes handle 18"x6" includes handle. Both sides of the board are usable, we suggest cutting on the back and serving on the engraved side.
CHARACTER: Since this is made from real black walnut, character will vary from board to board as well as tones of wood color and or knots or small imperfections. Any voids will be filled with a food safe black epoxy which is safe when fully cured for food contact.
FINISH: Your board is finished with a food safe mineral oil and beeswax blend to help protect your board and bring out the natural colors of the walnut.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS: DO NOT PUT IN THE DISHWASHER OR SUBMERGE IN WATER as this will damage the board. DO Hand wash with mild soap and water and wipe dry. Board should be oiled with a food grade mineral oil or beeswax regularly to preserve it's finish for a long lasting peice.
